Misfit's Intuition
Ages ~9 - 11
Thursdays, January 11th - April 18th

Misfit's Intuition is our introductory shortform performance troupe. Members of Misfit’s Intuition will spend time learning the core values of improv and theater, as well as a broad, foundational portfolio of improv games. Important focus will be given to listening, supporting, and confidence growth. Shortform improv focuses on play and the quick creation of characters and scene elements in the form of games. As the youths become more fluent in the art of shortform improv, they will become eligible for our advanced shortform troupe: Funky Funky Disco.
Misfit's Intuition meets on Thursdays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm for a total of 9 weeks of instruction and rehearsal. Performance opportunities for members of this troupe will be January 25th, February 22nd, March 21st, and April 25th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm when the semester is in session. Please note that these dates are not listed in the troupe-specific practice schedule; they are in addition to scheduled practices. On these Thursdays, no practice will be held prior to the show.
Price: $275 per semester
$140 is due upon enrollment. An invoice will be emailed for the remaining $135 approximately 6 weeks after the first rehearsal.
Funky Funky Disco
Ages ~11* - 155
Wednesdays, January 10th - April 24th

Funky Funky Disco is recommended for intermediate to advanced shortform performers. In this troupe, kids will learn new ways to harness their creative mind while working together with others to create fun realities that push thinking, creativity, and teamwork. Shortform improv focuses on play and the quick creation of characters and scene elements in the form of games.
Funky Funky Disco meets on Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm for a total of 12 weeks of instruction and rehearsal. Performance opportunities for members of this troupe will be January 25th, February 22nd, March 21st, and April 25th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm when the semester is in session. Please note that these dates are not listed in the troupe-specific practice schedule; they are in addition to scheduled practices.
Price: $350 per semester
$175 is due upon enrollment. An invoice will be emailed for the remaining $175 approximately 6 weeks after the first rehearsal.
*Maturity level is taken into consideration. Parents seeking membership for children younger than the age of 11 should contact us for more information.
The Fountain of Youth
Ages ~11 - 14
Tuesdays, January 9th - April 23rd

The Fountain of Youth is recommended for beginner to intermediate longform improvisers. Longform improv focuses on creating in-depth characters and robust scene realities for a more theatrical performance experience. Exploring comedy through the richness of human relationships and interactions, longform improv utilizes different theatrical muscles and skillsets to improve interpersonal skills interpersonal skills, listening, and various relationships.
The Fountain of Youth meets on Tuesdays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm for a total of 12 weeks of instruction and rehearsal. Nuclear Family**

Nuclear Family is our premier youth longform performance troupe. Members are recruited from our Level 1 Longform troupe, The Fountain of Youth. This invite-only group brings rich human realities to the stage – from the eyes of the youth! – and the hilarious quandaries in which people may find themselves.
Nuclear Family meets on Mondays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm for a total of 12 weeks of instruction and rehearsal. Performance opportunities for members of this troupe will be January 25th, February 22nd, March 21st, and April 25th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm when the semester is in session.
