Eric Emerson is a stand-up comedian with over a decade of experience performing, writing, and producing comedy. Previously based in Chicago, he was a regular at the Den Theatre, Zanies, and the Laugh Factory. He built his credibility hosting for Shane Gillis, Kelsey Cook, and Ian Bagg, and has featured for Colum Tyrrell, Luis J. Gomez, and Dan St. Germain. Eric was a featured performer on Big Jay Oakerson’s live crowdwork show and has headlined TeeHee’s Comedy Club, Lucky Cat Comedy Club, Don’t Tell Chicago, Denver Comedy Lounge, and the Vixen Theater. He has also appeared on Roast Battle at the Comedy Mothership and has performed at The Stand Comedy Club in New York City. His comedy is defined by a fluid, present style, a conversational tone, and disarming wit. Drawing from years of road work, club performances, and show production, Eric brings a practical, real-world approach to stand-up comedy education.
