About the event
A one-of-a-kind show that combines storytelling with improv. We invite local celebrities to tell true stories about their lives, careers, families, and so much more. Then our cast takes details from those stories as inspiration for scenes. It’s the perfect combination of truth, heart, and a little mischief.
For even more funny and mischief, stay for the 10pm show - you can buy half-price tickets at the box office!

GUEST MONOLOGIST: Dan Bain
Dan Bain is an award-winning writer and actor, a public speaker, and an improv comedian. He wrote a slice-of-life column in Raleigh’s “Midtown” magazine for nine years, spent a year as a community correspondent with the “News & Observer,” and self-published a collection of humorous essays under the title “A Nay for Effort.” Dan believes humor is the most important aspect of life and children are our most valuable natural resource. He has volunteered with numerous kids’ organizations and stands for the rights of all marginalized groups and peoples. Dan lives in Knightdale with his wife, two sons, two cats, and a spoiled shih tzu, and he believes in the power of family bonds. He has fans all over his house.
