A one-of-a-kind show that combines storytelling with improv. We invite local celebrities to tell true stories about their lives, careers, families, and so much more. Then our cast takes details from those stories as inspiration for scenes. It’s the perfect combination of truth, heart, and a little mischief.

Guest Monologist: Brian Thacker

Brian Thacker is a proud military brat, having lived in eleven cities in the United States and Italy before the age of eighteen. Six cities later, he settled in Raleigh, NC, and has been here for the last twenty-five years. In that time, he became a lifelong learner of the art of improvisation having taken classes and workshops from IO South, DSI, Mettlesome, Upright Citizens Brigade, ComedyWorx, and more. Twenty-two years later he still gains joy performing improv with Mmm Hmm, Get-Along-Gang, We are the Instruments, and Live, Short, and Die (Star Trek Parody).
