Jenn Bianchi

Jenn Bianchi is an improviser, actor, and voiceover artist from Raleigh, NC. She has been performing in the Triangle, Charlotte, Richmond, and beyond for over a decade. Jenn is the Artistic Director and co-owner of Raleigh’s oldest Improv comedy club, ComedyWorx. You can catch her most weekends at ComedyWorx or in Charlotte as part of Blumenthal’s Queen City Comedy Nights with Now are the Foxes. When not performing she spends her time teaching and coaching applied improv. Jenn is an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and an international coach as a part of Queen City’s Global Improv Project.
Jenn leads ComedyWorx’s Corporate Outreach program, which focuses on combining improv techniques with management best practices. Jenn performs regularly with her writing partner and fellow professor Elizabeth Byland in the duo Bianchi & Byland. She performs locally in the ComedyWorx show Capital City Culture Club, a monthly show that celebrates Raleigh’s local leaders in a unique blend of storytelling and improv.
Before Jenn became a full-time improviser she spent almost 20 years in corporate America. She worked in Training and Development for popular restaurant chains including Red Robin, PF Changs, and Outback. Jenn combines strategic headquarters experience with operational insight from a variety of projects ranging including training, leadership development, new team onboarding, and large event coordination. She uses her years on stage and behind-the-scenes leadership to bring a unique perspective on how to show up for yourself as well as your teams.
